WARRANTY & RETURN TERMS

There is 90 day replacement warranty on all bidet parts.

• All spare parts are readily available for our customers.
• We warrant that all products are free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective, without charge. However, warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly,improper and irregular maintenance or accident or collision.
• In the event of a fault of a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. We will then examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty.
• We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in trans.
• If your bidet does not fit your toilet you are welcomed to return it for a full refund. We are not responsible for actions taken to install your bidet (i.e.: Purchasing additional parts).
• Thy buyer is responsible for postage costs of returning any item back to us. The only time we are responsible for the postage cost is when it is proven that the bidet is damaged due to a manufacturer defect.
